The video email and video conferencing business is becoming more competitive. Rick Everts and his son, Seth, know this all too well. Without bashing any other company, they set out on a mission to achieve the Field Vice President (FVP) position. That FVP position was recently achieved, making them the first in WowWe.

That quote is very important in building any team. Simply recruiting someone and setting them on their way to find more people is not the way to build confidence or your team. They will stray, become discouraged and eventually leave you wondering what happened.

Some of the team leaders are the giving an unselfish I have ever known. They develop trust in their team, who show their appreciation by repeating the acts their leaders show them.
